The pirate captain Scott O' Niel, one of the best treasure-stealing pirates around. He was soon captured and set up for execution. His final words were "The place where you'll be fine, is in the Grand Line." The Grand Line is one of the most dangerous areas in the world. God knows where the treasure is though. While most pirates have decided it's not worth it, there is one crew, the crew of the Blackraven. The question is, how will he and his crew fare?

Appearance: Has a scar over his left eye which makes it a lighter blue compared to the dark blue one. Dark red, neck long red hair. Has a wide brimmed black hat and black cloak. Has baggy black pants and shirt. Also has a goatee. Wears fleece lined gloves.
Weapons: Six flintlock pistols, a fintlock rifle, a rapier, two short swords.
Personality: Doesn't talk much but seems to have a calm and happy aura from him except when he's fighting. Then he gains an almost sadistic smirk at the start of the fight and when he's winning. Besides the fact that he becomes unbelievably ruthless in a battle, he seems like an all-around nice guy.
