This RP deals with the eternal struggle between good and evil. A select group of individuals discover on their eighteenth birthday that they have a special mission on earth. They have special gifts and abilities that make them more than just human.

Just as they are discovering this ... and that there are others like them, they are tracked down by The Powers, that want to destroy them and those who love them.

In order to save those they love and themselves, they have to reach inside themselves and discover the full extent of their powers.

They are th Nephilim, offspring of an angel and an Earth women. Long ago, several angels decided to give up their wings to live among the humans. "The Powers" were sent to destroy all the fallen angels and their offspring, considering it a disgrace to their bloodline.

They can not only understand different languages, but also speak them. They encounter what is referred to as fallen angels, who have fallen into disfavor with god. Yet the Nephilim have the power to return them to heaven, something The Powers are rigidly against.

Legend has it that one Nephilim will be born and they will have the power to bridge the gap between the fallen angels and heaven... Forever bringing peace. But who is that one? And how will he/she accomplish this?

There is also the presence of the underworld who wish to see to it that peace never comes. It seems that everything is against them...


Roles
Humans: they side with one or the other, act as spies, etc.
Fallen Angels: Trapped on earth, separated from heaven.
Nephilim: They hide and fight the powers who wish to exterminate them
The Powers: they are the top angels who want to purify the bloodline
Demons: Sides with whoever can cause the most disturbance in heaven and the most death.

Role: Nephilim
Powers (once she is fully developed): Wings, speaks in tongues, healing touch, controls the elements.
Personality: She is kind and forgiving but furiously fights to survive against The Powers and others who stand in her way.
History: She lived in a small town and never expected to be extraordinary... but alas, she slowly realizes that is exactly what she will become. More to come as the plot advances...

Name: Dahlezeon/Gabriel E. Hall

Gender: Male

Age: Really old/35 years

Role: Fallen Angel

Powers: Tongues, inhuman strength, healing touch, etc…*

Personality: It has been said that be to unknowable is true invincibility. If true, Dahlezeon is thoroughly invincible. To judge him effectively is all but impossible. Usually silent and intellectual, friendly and seemingly happy, when required he can transform into a sadistic monstrosity, cruel and sickly-minded beyond words.

History: Dahlezeon/Gabriel keeps his past mostly secret from others, though it is believed he played a part in Lucifer’s rebellion against God.

Miscellaneous: Dahlezeon has made it his mission on Earth to find, and protect, Nephilim in the hopes of someday returning to Heaven.

Disguised as Gabriel Hall, a somewhat famous author, he has amassed fairly substantial wealth, enough that he can sustain a goodly portion of the expenses necessary to achieve his quest of finding and protecting Nephilim.

* Being as old as he is, Dahlezeon's powers are too numerous to all be listed here.

Name: Serena Ryder (Nickname: Fire Wings)
Gender: Female
Age:17 (just coming into her powers)
Role: Nephilim
Powers (once she is fully developed): Wings, speaks in tongues, control over fire, can usually control the weather.

Personality: Caring to those around her, but untrusting to those she doesn't know. Can be very polite and also very unreadable.

History: Has lived in a town that was fairly big, yet small compared to a city. She has lived as your ordinary female, working on a farm with those she referres to as her family (who were actually fallen angels).. but she then got attacked by someone with great power and ran in seek of help, after witnessing her 'families' deaths at the hands of "The Powers."

Appearance: She's blonde, with greeny-brown- with the tinge of orangey red- in her eyes. She also has orangey-red on the tips of her wings, also a orange-ish glow around her wings/ entire body- when she's not wearing her trench coat-showing she's one with fire. She wears a normal pair of jeans, and a big black trench coat over a white wife beater.

Other: has the nick name of Fire Wings from her family that she'd been living with.

Name: Joey 'Slade' Slemanny.

Gender: Male.

Age: 18.

Role: Nephilim

Powers: Flight, healing touch, expert linguist, elemental fighting, etc.

Personality: Doesn't seem to care much for others in the way of everyday respect but has a strong sense of loyalty in battle.

History: Wanted to be a cop when he was growing up. He had just been accepted in to the acedamy when he found out his powers...by accidentaly lighting the letter of recognition in to flames. He soon found out there were others like him and couldn't be happier. Like Razi, you'll get more as the plot goes.

Other: Owns a Glock 18 with thirty round clips in case he can't use his powers for some reason or other. Nickname is 'Slade' for the color of his wings.

Gender: Female
Age: 18
Role: Nephilim
Powers Has angel-like wings and has the ability to read auras. Her body has also morphed so that she resembles a faun. Other than that, she's too new to have all her powers.
Personality: She is a shy person, and has turned more inward since her transformation. She was never too popular before and now she rarely ventures past her house. She thinks herself as a freak, and does not understand why she has changed.
History: Living in the next town over from Roslyn, she too was just a small-town nobody. She expected nothing from her lonely life, having been abandoned by her family. She's been living alone for three months, having dropped out of school so she could work. She wanted to go to college though.

Role: The Powers
Powers: Weilder of the flaming sword of Uriel, angelic wings, power over judgement. Can read minds, and control over most elements.
Personality: Hard as stone, and with an exterior to match. He cares for nothing but the destruction of those who have opposed what is right. He takes pride in what he can kill, he remembers every scream and face.
History: For most of his exsistance he has been killing those who have fallen, and their children. He is very good at his job.

Gender: Male
Age: 20
Role: Demon
Powers:He can kill most humans with a simple touch, the pain of thousands being spread through their bodies. It also seriously hurts angels, but does not always kill. He has an odd power, a very strange power. He can manipulate people through his words...making them either believe him no matter how unreal something he says is, or make them angry, even at someone they like. other then that, he uses human weapons, a sword and a pistol.

Personality:He is a demon, and as such hates most creatures with a passion, however he does not WANT to hate them. He is usually almost playful, laughing at people's paiun and suffering, but he hides a softness to him that almost no other demon posseses.

History:Born the son of a demon, joseph was sent to hunt down any angel he could find. He has focused typically on The powers, but also hunts down fallen angels on occasion. He has the appearence of a very well to do person, always wearing a tuxedo, and always having a grimacing smile and sunglasses on, hiding his pure white eyes. Although he is a demon, and IS evil...he does not want to be. He has actually always wished to have been born on the otherside, and hates demons more then he hates angels by far. Could he be turned to the side of good? Only time will tell.

Name: Lucian Mortenson
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Role: Fallen Angel

Powers: Able to heal, and enhanced defenses. When wings are unfurled, can blast foes with dispersel blasts, and rip out wings to use as ad-hoc blades. His wings are near-useless to fly, but can give him a little boost when jumping. His wings are hidden from view and usually can slip out through two slits in his trenchcoat, only 'appearing' from thin air as they fold out, this is not instant, so he is often hesitant to use his wings on the fly.

Personality: Seemingly cold, he is unreadible and near-un-foolable, if that word existed. He is, however, kind and generious, often going out of his way to protect others, especially the Nephilim, he can sense most types, but depends on how well masked the auras are. But, to those that do not know him, he will appear cold, near-silent and unreadible.

History: Lucian was cast down for reasons he does not know of or does not understand, since then, he had eked out a living, working for the police as a part-time plain clothes officer. He has since been helping out with the law enforcement when he can, and otherwise, he has spent time assisting Niphilim should he find any.

Gender: Female
Age: 21
Role: Demon
Powers: Lasairiona can kill any human being with a glance if she wishes, but that power is very untrained in her, and she only uses it if she is ambushed or enraged. Other than that she mostly uses human tools empowered with darkness to destoy anything "above" the human race.
Personality: She's not one to pick a fight with, 'cause it takes very little to anger her, and when she's angry she loses control of her power slightly, usually causing her to make an overkill. She doesn't feel she needs anyone to help her in her destructive destiny, except of course her mother who taught her all she knows.
History: Born and raised a demon to Michsa and Rosabelle Farner, she's always been taught to hate those in Heaven and those who protect it. Lasairiona started training at about 5 years of age and has since become a strong demon.
She wears an inverted (upside-down) pentacle as a sign of her heritage and often lures in victims by her seductive attitude.
The only think she knows for certain is that her job is to destroy the peace in Heaven and cause as much destruction as she can on her way.
