at H&A the only complaint is fluff and i semi agree that fluff isnt our strong point.

Are you agreeing with this? Procreation? Producing offspring? Of course mortals can create life. Not sure im understanding this well.

As far as i undesatnd it (which is not far i have to say), we are neither. thats like saying of daemons, what are they, (living or angels.) angels are a piece of the world unto themselves like chaos daemons, humans, elves and dwarves.

Hak is right, I really don't see the issue on birth, and Angels are neither daemon nor mortal, they're something else, formed from the body of an old one.

an old one looks a lot like a slan you know that (that was sated in the older editions)

then we would be mortal and cannot comeback, or we are attached to magic and are Deamons of law (the Wood elves have deamons)

i say simply we are deamons our emotion comes from the opposit emotion that suports chaos (these emotions reside stongly in every chaos worshiper)

I say we don't even worry about "what we are", per say- we have chosen the angels to be immortal, and as with all army books, the fluff will be slanted from an angelic point of view, and no angel is going to claim to be Daemonic.

Simple enough.

i dont think we should be making more problems fro ourselves. lets concentrate on what the list needs.

Technically we are demons but we will never say (also demon carries an evil connotation with it)

But we solely exist to combat chaos we are the weak acid to their strong base.
