I realised recently that a lot of new charatcers/unitsa have been added since we did this fluff ( i think) ao are there any really big holes in the fluff? I'm thinking about why the capital was named, and some SPC's (If/when we decide on them), they will all need fluff, the SPC's more than most. i dunno how things are shaping out, but it's somethign to be doing.
