Too hero heavy. Can angels take Dispell Scrolls? We'll need them. I'd say drop the dominion and take some Powers.

I agree. Get some more support units (don't necessarily have to be powers). And we do have a blessing that GS made for 25 points that acts exactly like a dispell scroll, but I doubt he will need one that much in a 1k game. Looks good otherwise. Give us some of the tactics that you plan on using.

If you stay with the currant list, use the princedom in a unit and send the dominion to kill war machines, etc. If you do drop one of the heroes, then definately get some more supporting units. Either powers for flanking, or possibly some virtues or a choir for ranged support.
Currently I can see a battle plan. The big angel unit will hold the centre while the archers provide missile support. The Anelai scout and march block, the vengeances flank, and the archangels either flank or attack. The princedom goes in one of the combat units, and the dominion either joins the Anelai or goes hunting alone. Fairly simple plan, but should hold up well against empire, with their slow-moving infantry and vulnerable war machines. Best of luck, may Seraphaal guide your hand!
