I think a timeline would be good for getting the fluff organized. Anyone have anything they think should be added?

Here's a brief overview:

-7500 The Old Ones appear from some other world.
-6500 The Old Ones make many changes to the world.
-4500 The coming of Chaos. The fall of the Warrior Old-One and the creation of the angelic race from his shards.
-4419 Battle of the Isle of Dread results in a magical vortex which drains the world of the magic, thereby weakening the Chaos forces. <<<Did the angels help with this?
C. -4300 The angels, already depleted and weakened, retreat to their Isles and the southern wastes. The construction of the outposts.
C. -4200 The split and civil war.

I think that is pretty good. We need to make sure that we follow all written fluff about the old ones and their timing though otherwise it throws off everything that GW has written. Only make up new stuff if it has not been written yet. Are you sure on the times of the coming of the old ones, etc?

i like it except for the cival war what was the cival war about? i cant imagening it happening angels fighting angels

@IST: Dates are correct unless they've been changed since like 4th ed. which I doubt. But I'll see what I can find in confermation.

that stinks i don't like those versions of the dark angels i prefer my own verson *spits at the chaos warshiping angels* its just like the Dark and High elfs battles

Looking at my Lizzy book, old ones are -15000.
The world is changed -10000
Chaos is -5600---> -4500
4419 is when the High Elves first venture into lustria.
The rest is not said in my army book.
