It's in the rules forum. I appoligize for the long delay. However, I do have fairly good excuses. If you want them, ask. :P In the end, Baran and IST had to be recruited to do most of the work.

The Future
The site is currently fairly dead. However, I have mass eMailed all the members, and hopefully they will come check things out again. I am going to try and get a lot of discussions going, so that the site will become active again. Especially on the army fluff, which I feel is a vast subject we haven't really explored.

See! We did actually do work. It wasn't all a party in the restricted forums! Whooo!
