Okay, first of all we need to establish what strongholds the angels have.

In the fluff the angels major presence is in Ayamith, but where else? The bastions can be used and we could create a few major bastions that have their own heraldy etc. If we want to keep the star tower in the fluff we could use that as well.

we will have one Major bastion in the north, south, east and, west of the city and few small bastions scatterd around those locations
