Title: PS3...Yay or Nay?

Playstation 3: the cheapest Blu-ray player around. It also play games! Seriously,
Some of the titles at E3 looked the ones for the 360 a year ago. Some looked good and others not so much. I'm going to wait for the Tokyo game show and see what rpgs are coming out at launch or in the near future before I decide to drop the money on it.

I'll buy it in a few months (december-april.) to see how strong willed (sony has always stayed strong.) it is but i will get one!

That's the biggest barrier right now, I think. Eventually, though the software should convince people to look past it. It's still a tough sell. I just wonder if the technology is too much too soon. A MGS4 or FFXIII could probably convince people to drop the money but both of them are not coming out anytime soon. However, if SMT is coming out with the system I'm there. :D

Well I meant if it comes out at the JP launch. I'll import it since you can play any region game on the PS3. My wallet cried a sigh of relief when I heard that news.

Oh, well I don't know Japanese so I can't play it until it comes to thd US. I really need to learn some Japanese now that I can import so easily.

will that be for play PS2 games one it too.
as for getting one, i'll wait untill the first major price cut, then buy it...

I assume it will be for PS2 games as well. What with the PS3 being backwards compatiable with PS2 and PS1 games as well. It would be kinda of weird if it wasnt.

I played that last summer. Great game. As soon I beat it the doorbell rang and my copy of FtNW came from UPS. :lol:

Meh, I'm more interested in Tales of The Abyss, plus I don't understand Japanese so I wouldn't be able to undestand Rebirth. It is still nice the PS3 is region free.

I'm playing Tales of the Abyss right now. One of the if not the best Tales game to date.

I hate sports games in general. :P I still can't believe there's a line everytime a new Madden football game comes out. Whatever, floats your boat I guess.

No doubt they will. They already had five Tales games for the PS2. I don't any other rpg series that had 5 games put out on one system.
