Honestly, you have more top sites than you need, they don’t really help that much these days, but affiliating with actual sites could do wonders for your activity.

Another thing, alot of members seem to have dropped off the site, I recomend sending out a bulk Email urging them to come back, chances are the ones that care will return.

also, I noticed this little Base Gallery thing for avatars, I don't know much about IF, but can abmins add avis to that? It would be sort of cool to have a complete set of SH avatars there...

Those are all really good ideas.

As for the mass email, as soon as the site has mor content on it, I will send out an email urging members to come to the site.

There is a way to add to the base Gallery but we actually would *need* the avatars first.
