What happens to this site, we're alread pretty dead as it is, and that certainly wouldn't help things.

I think we could shift our focus to multiple game series. Discusing multiple games would probably be a good decision. Instead of drawing from one cult fanbase, we could draw from several.

Xenosaga
Wild Arms

I think it would be best to do this regardless. Because Personally, we arn't going anywhere as it is. We could make seperate sites for all three, I'm working on content for the shadow hearts net site, and Warrior angel has completed the layout. (Shadow hearts net site layout!!!)

We may be able to put seperate people incharge of each page.

Seperate sites would be a very, very bad idea. However, splitting up and making this site less specialized would be a grand thing to do.

I really do want to spread our focus, to a few more series. Maybe not wild ARMs, but Xeno for sure, and probable somthing else... I'm not sure what yet, but spreading the site out would make it appeal to more users.

Also, should we change the name if we do that? What to? I'm sure we could think of somthing...

Well, if you do switch your focus off of Shadow Hearts, Gamespy will not host you.

All though, if you were willing to manage the site on your own, coverage on other games would be good. Though, you'd have to keep going after Xenosaga with other games too, if you want to cover more than just one series.

we could just expand the subject matter of the forum and leave the site SH themed...

Also if you worried about the forum looking inactive, you could merge some of the forums... so they look like the have more posts

We could compress all the SH board into one, then add boards for other game series, Xenosaga, suikoden, SMT(though i know nothing about it...)...

heres what I'm thinking...

Change "The plaza" to "Life, the universe, and everthing?"

Kill the coffee house, no one uses it, if we do get some debate topics later on, and they're active enough, it will come back.

The Bar, The Times, and Introductions become sub-forums of "Life the universe and everything"(AKA:"The Plaza")

merge the two graphics forums since they arn't active enough for there to be two of them.

Merge the Shadow Hearts Boards into "Shadow Hearts Series" set Koudelka as a sub forum, change the section name to gaming, and put the Gaming forum there as well.

So the forum would look like this

Life the universe and everything(AKA:"The Plaza")

So in the end, smaller board, and each forum would have a higher total post count which would make us look more active...

Yeah, some guy on the FTNW board said that Nautilus was removed from Aruze's list of partner or what not and that the official Nautlius site wasn't there any longer. I guess we should assume that unless we hear something from Nautilus or Aruze directly that they're still around.
