Many of the posts made in the public pub are often unrelated to RuneScape or The Runite Legion. A large percentage of them are made by bots that automatically visit this website and post posts with links that contain viruses or lead to bad webpages.

Before Clicking on a Link you should do a few things to check if that link could possibly cause harm to your computer or be offensive to you.

Some things to look for:

• The user that posted the link is a guest, meaning he has not registered on this forum.
• If the link ends with .exe it is an executable program. To check the link of something put your mouse over it and look near the bottom of your browser. If it says, for example, http://www.funnypics.com/virus.exe do NOT click on it.
• The same post has been made multiple times in the Public Pub.
• The post is about something seemingly innocent. For example, "Funny Pictures".
