Banning a member is a serious issue. It affects all members, but most of all, any close friends/family of said member banned.

This applies to people who have been members of the clan for over one month. Members that have been in the clan for less than one month may be banned per leadership’s discretion.

1. A leader shall make a post in Clan Announcements announcing there is a poll in the Jail House deciding the fate of an offending Clan Member.
2. The leader shall provide sufficient evidence explaining why the member should be banished.
3. A poll in question will last for five days.
4. During these five days chartroom privileges may be suspended and the individual may be jailed at the discretion of the leadership.
5: In the event the person up for banishment circumvents the jail house only restriction via any fashion that can be proven by any member, the member up for banishment shall be banned and all necessary measures taken to ensure the tranquility of the clan.
6. It will require a 70% majority to ban a member.
7. If the vote is anything less than 70% the member remains in the clan.

All flames are left at the jail house door.

(credit to methdeath for effort on this rule)
------------------------

It is understood that this rule applies after a person has been jailed.
This rule can be put into effect even on the First Jailing depending on the severity of the offense.
ONLY !! Only a Leader may start a Poll calling for Banishment. HOWEVER, once a person is jailed, any member may call for the poll to be started by posting in the Jailhouse.

The Chatroom is open to ALL people. Clan mates and visitors.
Visitors must be on their best manners or get banned with no discussion.

-------------

The concept of "to many ops" is asinine and is disregarded.
Any person who holds an Elected Position gets Auto Op.
Any person deemed worthy may be presented for a vote and receive auto Op. This person need not be a formal/active member on the Forums. (an example of this would be Mp5racer2003).
In the event of "to few Ops" any Op may Temp Op a person to provide coverage. At which point a worthy permanant op will be found.

-----------

The Forum Rules of "basic good manners" apply in the chatroom.
