i made you a little guide to help you.
For any information on how to upload pictures inside your post, just like i did. go and register to:
http://img.photobucket.com/
it is completly free and very simple to use, it works on the same process that our avatar uploading system. just copy and past the code they will give you, it will the third box from the top.
