I know this seems silly. But I'm going to the States soon and plan to have one glorious trip to the Strand bookstore... if it was you, what would you buy? (Or even better, what do you think I might like? If you know me, that is...)

I know i'm perfectly capable on my own, etc, but suggestions are always interesting.
