Hi,
I present a weekly podcast radio programme called Homegrown from Birmignham in the UK, dedicated to new independent music and poetry. It's an eclectic mix of new artists from around the world that wouldn't normally receive any airplay on mainstram radio. Podcasting is changing all that, it's a great way for artists to get herd by a wide audience. I am looking for poets who would like exposure for their work, are you able to record yourself reading your poetry and send it to me as mp3 file? Do you have downloadable poetry on the internet? If so please get in contact with me at nic@homegrownpodcast.co.uk
Even if you do not have the ability to record your work send me the text and I'll read it on the podcast. There is now a growing group of podcasts catering for poetry and they have formed together the association of poetry podcasting, more info at
