I am pleased to announce the publication of my second collection, "Mourning in the Presence of a Corpse." I live part-time in Beirut, Lebanon, and the book is much inspired by that seductive and dangerous country. The publisher is Dar al-Jadeed, well known in the Middle East for its quality books of fiction, politics and poetry. This is its first book in English. A review in Lebanon's Daily Star places the book in its regional and cultural context: "Going boldly where no Lebanese publisher has gone before."
