Description: Fathomable Trades? Good Signings? Talk!!

With our last disappointing finish (but great ride once again) we see ourselves at a crossroads. Will the Mighty Mighty Pistones be able to win the championship this year? Or is our window closed?

I feel that the window is still open, but it is only open a crack and we might suffocate if someone (Joe D) doesn't take some immediate action. Joey Dumarsy has to have an aggressive mentality this season trade-wise. That isn't to say we can't win without a blockbuster trade, because with a new coach and tweaked strategy we could definitely win another championship. :rallynana1:

What do you guys think should go down this year? What kind of trade would you put together?

The bench still needs something.

I think Stuckey has to be a big scorer off the bench. Not a jump shooter, but a guy who comes in there and looks to get his by attacking the defense.

The way I see it Herrmann, Afflalo, Amir, and for the most part Maxy, are just energy guys. They're not really dominant in any one area.

We'll still be a good team with a respectable Eastern Conference record but we need some new/different juice if we really are to compete for the trophy.

I think the Pistons need to trade Sheed his 2 points a game ECF wasn't very good plus he wouldn't get donw and dirty and rebound either. Get someone close to his talent and that wants to get down and dirty get the rebounds and stuff. And I'm willing to trade Rip.

The talent part will be hard. Sheed is just so dynamic of a player, if you could just put someone else's heart in his body.
