I have been noticing something with the pigments and so far I ahve come up with this conclusion, it is the best explination I can come up with so far, I will continue testing to see if this is what is happening or if something else is also goin on with them but please also if you find other reasons for them not working post here so Mer and I can get them workin again correctly.

You can color Item with pigments IF you have not Insured them or IF you have Not Blessed them...if you do either of these 2 things you will get a message.... "Cant dye artifacts or enhanced items that are being worn"....

So please untill we figure this out if you wish to have the artifacts colored dont put them on or Insure Or Bless them untill you hvae done so, if you do these 2 things and you cant get them colored inform me and ill color them the color of the pigments you are trying for, and remove a charge from the pigments themselves.
