There has been news that the well known shard, “Pacifica”, has been lacking in player involvement and interaction. Although, there has been a rumor of a grand Champion spawn to take place-that has yet to be confirmed.

We are however were appalled when speaking to few of the members of the shard and their reactions to our questions: for their safety we have changed their names. (Conversation can be seen below)

Reporter: What do you think about an event hosted by the gms or admins of the shard?
Imadork: (not real name) If they were to bring them together I’ll just get on my godly character and kick their ---- (censored)
Reporter: So you’re telling us you rather not have an all shard event?
Imadork: No! I want the event so I can kill them! It’ll take every single person on the shard to kill me! (He started to laugh insanely)
Reporter: Right. And if you don’t mind me asking, Imadork, why do you hate the players so much?
Imadork: I don’t hate them. I’m roleplaying! Duh! Get with it! Eesh.
Reporter: Well thank you for your time. (Exits while he tried to attack)

Another conversation was reported just shortly after that.

Reporter: Well, What do you think about an event hosting by the admins/gms of the shard?
Imanewbie: (not real name) it would be fun if they would, be a great time to bring everybody together and get to know each other. I mean we could go to some dungeon and kill monsters or something.
Reporter: So you just think it’ll be like some big group hunt? No real storyline involved?
Imanewbie: If they could put together some storyline that would be grand. But I doubt with their jobs and what not they could pull anything like that off. I doubt any event will ever take place.
Reporter: Well. (Looks at watch) I have to be going. Thank you for your time.
Imanewbie: No problem.
Reporter (Exits)

And there you have it: Two interviews with two different players. But the question remains, will there ever be an admin or a gm hosting an event for all players on the shard?

Okay. Now while mers having problems with the drive and other things about the shard-This was just something hopefully to inspire our wonderful leaders to come up with an event for the end of the year-at like christmas time or something.

Theres always halloween which could turn out intresting, thanksgiving also. *shrugs* like I said, The above post was basically put there to inspire them to put something together for us little players.

*nods* I was just tring to find a way that was funny and intresting for me at least :P

Since you and I are so much into the forum and getting others involved, why can't we come up with some ideas. Let us work together and maybe we can have enough ideas to have a quest once a week. B)

So basically, they join the fourms-but for what reason if they aren't even going to post once (I know multiple usernames are probably the same person though :lol: )

Let's come up with some realistice ideas, that won't take up too much admins time, and have realistic prizes, and see what they say. Maybe a rescue of Lady Tiffany, who was captured by Mongbats BTW. The prize is a sash that says "I rescued Lady Tiff and all I got was this stupid sash!" :P

Mongbats scare me. I was captured by red tailed squirrels just last week. Shogun rescued me. :blink:

very clever Tiff, I love it.

We have had several things in the past, Lord of the rings quest, was a huge hit
also a christmas one with the grinch. Even did a huge halloween one with a maze and haunted house etc

I love doing them and some of the players here do have some great ideas.
We (the admin) have to finish up just a few small things..
I need to put some buildings up in brit where they are currently missing ..the last ones I did we lost so I have to start over. So, a few in brit , minoc and vesper, add a few things to token rewards then we will be able to play.

On the quest end I am thinking of another scavanger hunt (for those of you who were here for the first one, youll remember how silly that became)
but it would be fun to get people working in teams etc.

Sahshes and such are great for prizes , we wont be doing things like arties and such but the prizes will be unique and allow at the very least, some decent bragging rights.


Tiff, Mer and I talked and he is going to get you set up for your reporting..I am very excited to see what other zany things you come up with.

I use to run some really good quests on Mer previous shards...I have tons more where those came from... in case some of you are still with us... I ran the one where chars had to kill and collect items from monsters in order to bring back the Admin to life. That was one... And I ran mostly the others. But!!! if these quests were in demand again I would not be able to play as a char for I would be to busy running around setting and running the quest. Therefore my acct would be deleted and you all would NOT see me only hear voices of shadows talking to you... That would be up to Mer and Stormy on wanting someone to run the quest and coming up with what kinds... need I remind you all that they did get harder as more were done cause of needing more ppl to help out which is what these quests are all about.

I do believe that Lord Blackthorne is up to no good again as he has been a pain in the past. I heard that he might try to take over Lord British's Castle within the next 2 full moons. He may be hiring spies to see what kind of a defense Lord British has around the town itself. I will see if I can hear of what creatures may be lurking around to peep in on the town. Of course this means he probaly has hired all the reds in Fel to help keep the spirits down of Brit's followers and towns people.
