10. Pyro
Insanity Episode 44's main event was set. Pyro versus Darkside with Vegeta as the Special Guest Referee. But Darkside never came out. Vegeta informed us that he had been involved in an accident, and could not be hear, so Pyro won the belt by default.
(1/4/04 - 1/4/04)

* The title gets vacated as Vegeta states that Pyro did not fairly win the belt. He also says that there will be a mini tournament to declare a new champion. The participants of said tournament are not mentioned. *

11. Mysterio
Already holding the Cruiserweight Title, Mysterio went through a total of three men at PojoCade to get his hands around the PWA Intercontinental Title, Zach Pendergrass in the qualifying round and beating both HajjHowe and Moltar in the final.
(01/25/04 - 2/15/04)

P.Y defeated Vegeta and Mysterio in a Triple Threat match at Pojocade III to win the Intercontinental Championship. Vegeta had three defenses before losing the title.
(1/23/05 - 8/21/05)

18. Showtime
Showtime had been feuding with P.Y for over two months at this point, and had earned a shot at the title in a Triple Threat Match. Showtime emerged victorious, beginning his first reign as Intercontinental Champion and ending the longest Intercontinental Title reign in PWA's history. P.Y had 5 defenses before losing.
(8/21/05 - 9-18-05)

19. Tommy Dragon
Following the defeat at the hands of Showtime in the Triple Threat match, Tommy Dragon refused to go down without one last fight. He issued a challenge for a match which he knew that Showtime would have a severe disadvantage in: Submission match. After a extraneous battle, Showtime fell unconscious from a severe blood loss, forcing the referee to stop the match and award the Intercontinental Title to Tommy Dragon. Showtime had 2 defenses before losing.
(9/18/05 - 1/8/06)

20. Julio Guerrera 2
Only days before Tommy Dragon was set to defend his title against Sean Blake at PojoCade IV, the belt would be won by Julio Guerrera, the man once called Mysterio. Tommy Dragon had 10 defenses before losing.
(1/8/06 - 1/29/06)

21. Tommy Dragon 2
Not unlike his first reign, Julio's title run was very short lived. Tommy Dragon was able to recapture the Intercontinentel Championship after pinning Eagle in a triple threat match with Julio. Some say Guerrera had the match won, and the only reason he lost was because Vegeta came out, leading to the two getting into a scuffle. Julio had only one defense before losing the title, defeating Eagle at PojoCade IV.
(1/29/06 - 5/21/06)

22. ALX
The war between Tommy Dragon and ALX started in round two of the Three Hours of Power tournament, where the Hotshot picked up the victory. ALX was quick to retaliate though, and no more than three weeks later picked up a victory over Tommy Dragon for his coveted Intercontinental Title. Tommy Dragon had 8 defenses before losing.
(5/29/06 - 5/29/06)

23. Tom Tyco
Unfortunately ALX would end up with very little time to celebrate his victory in any way, shape or form as he would wound up quitting PWA as a result of contractual disagreements. A special four way dance was held on the 90th edition of Insanity, pitting former two time champion Tommy Dragon against Tom Tyco, Kevin Storm and Mike Constine. Mike Constine and Kevin Storm were the first two eliminated, respectively, leaving us with the fan favorite in Tommy Dragon facing 'The Man Best' in Tom Tyco. However, when it was all set and done, it as a result of a reversal, and definitely some luck which helped give Tom Tyco his very first Intercontinental Title reign. ALX had zero defenses before losing.
(6/4/06 - 7/23/06)

24. Bman
Bman made his return to PWA after a short leave, challenging Tom Tyco for the title at Ground Zero. It was at this PPV where the former World champion captured the title for the very first time, ending Tom Tyco's reign as champion. Tom Tyco had 3 defenses before losing.
(7/23/06 - 8/13/06)

*Bman vacates his title.*

25. Piccie Smalls
At Extreme Destruction, Piccie Smalls went up against Tom Tyco in a ladder match for the vacant PWA Intercontinental Champion. Tyco seemed to have the match in hand early, but almost out of nowhere Piccie Smalls laid out the former Intercontinental champion and proceeded to climb the ladder and claim the Intercontinental championship as his for the very first time. Bman had 1 defense before vacating.
(8/20/06 - 2/4/07)

26. Tommy Dragon 3
Throughout the months of December and January, the successful tag team of Piccie Smalls and Tommy Dragon came crashing to an end, as the two feuded over the Intercontinental Title. Piccie Smalls bested his one time mentor at Pojocade, but at the following Insanity, he lost the belt in a confusing match that originally had a chimpanzee, Mr. Ban Anas, declared champion. After it was ruled that a chimpanzee wasn't fit to be champion, Tommy Dragon was ruled the winner and thus became Intercontinental Champion for the 3rd time. Piccie Smalls had 4 defenses before losing.
(2/4/07 - 2/25/07)

27. Tom Tyco 2
Although the stakes for gaining the Intercontinental Title were big, Tommy Dragon couldn't hold onto the title for long. A successful re-emergence of Tom Tyco proved to be enough to outlast not only Tommy Dragon, by Julio Guerrera as well in a triple threat match for the Intercontinental Title on Insanity 116. For the second time, the teacher has beat his pupil for the exact title after Julio knocked Tommy out with his finisher "Dark Magic" and Tom Tyco knocked out Julio with HIS finisher "The Diamond Spear." Tommy Dragon had 0 defenses before losing.
(2/25/07 - 4/15/07)

28. Kyle "The Freak" Rieger
In a classic bout, Tom Tyco put his title on the line against a man on a mission- Kyle Rieger. Since his return, The Freak has been very impressive and was given an opportunity to fight for the IC Title at Massacre. The match came down to the wire, but in the end, Kyle managed to come out on top! Tom Tyco had 0 defenses before losing.
(4/15/07 - 5/27/07)

29. Tom Tyco 3
This was the third thrilling match-up between the two combatants in less than two months, and by for the most grueling. When all was said and done in this Windy City Death Match, Tom Tyco had suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns throughout his body to the aid of Kyle and his accomplice in crime Kalevala, but miraculously managed to stay alive in the match long enough to ware down his opponent. An all or nothing Diamond Spear defined the end of the match, causing Tom to barely leave with the Title and his life. Kyle Rieger had 0 defenses before losing.
(5/27/07 - 7/29/07)

30. Showtime 2
In an impressive return, Showtime continued his dominance as he defeated Tom Tyco at International Incident. The two fought a hard match that some felt Tyco had won, but in the end, Showtime walked away with the belt! Tom Tyco had 2 defenses before losing.
(7/29/07 - 11/18/07)

31. Deception
Despite the dominance of the Bionic Bostonian in his second reign as the Intercontinental champion, it would be the enigma, Deception, who would be the man able to put an end to his reign. Even though his theme music might be "Sorry, you're not a winner", the referee decided otherwise. Showtime had 4 defenses before losing.
(11/18/07 - 12/03/07)

32. Kendo
The Super Nigga went into Meltdown with a bit of a chip on his shoulder, having been on the wrong end of a couple of questionable calls in the weeks leading to Meltdown, Kendo was focused to make sure that there would be no doubt about it this time. And in very quick fashion, he ended the Intercontinental Title reign for Deception, almost as quick as it started. Deception had 0 defenses before losing his title.
(12/03/07 - 01/27/08)

33. Serial
At PojoCade, Kendo retained the championship in a six-man ladder war against Adam Senton, Mr. Anonymous, Tommy Dragon, Streetz and Flamelock. The following show, to prove he was a fighting champion, Kendo put the belt on the line against Serail, who was able to upset the Super Nigga. Kendo had one defense before losing the championship.
(01/27/08 - 07/20/08)

34. Rex Haraway
After a six month reign, the Intercontinental Championship was "saved" as with the help of P.Y and Julio Guerrera, Rex Haraway claims his first PWA title in a Fatal Fourway match at International Incident. Also involved in the match were long-time veterans Showtime and Deception. Serial had six defenses before losing the championship.
(07/20/08 - 02/02/09)

35. Shawn Prince
The legacy of the PWA lives on as son of Vegeta, Shawn Prince, gains his first title in the PWA, defeating Rex Haraway in a relatively quick match at Insanity 190. Rexhad two defenses before losing the championship.
(02/02/09 - ??/??/??)
