16. Traze
Traze def. Razer in a three way match involving Deception to win the Million Dollar Title on Havoc Episode 25. Razer had 0 defenses in before losing the title.

17. Hajjhowe
Traze felt like holding the Million Dollar title was holding him back from further success in PWA, so on Havoc Episode 28, he willingly gave his title over to Hajjhowe. Who just happened to be lucky enough to be booked against Traze that night. Traze had 3 defenses before this match.

18. Eagle
At Extreme Destruction, in a heated battle. Eagle was able to escape the cage with the PWA Million Dollar title. This was the second time Hajj and Eagle faced off for this title. Hajjhowe had 1 defense before this match took place.

19. Blaze
At Havoc Episode 30, the veteran, Blaze, took out Eagle in an excellent head-to-head brawl Eagle had 1 defense of the belt before losing it.

20. The Bulk
Bulk put an end to Blaze's reign on Havoc Episode 32. Blaze had 2 defenses before losing the title.

21. Ty (a.k.a. Traze) 2
Meltdown saw the end of The Bulk's short reign as Million Dollar Champion, after only 3 weeks! Ty was able to edge out a win, showing that he hasn't lost a step! The Bulk had 1 defense before losing the belt.

22. Bman 3
Pandemonium was the end of Ty's record setting reign. Bman won in a hard-fought match from both competitors. Ty had 2 defenses before losing.

23. Hajjhowe 2
At Retaliation, Bman declared that the Million Dollar Title will be retired from the PWA's list of championships and faced Hajjhowe in his final title defence. But to the shock of many, Hajjhowe upended Bman and became the last ever Million Dollar Champion, ending Bman's multi-record setting reign. Bman had 7 defenses before losing.

* At the following Insanity, Commissioner Oakster took the belt off Hajjhowe and presented it as a prize to Bman for being the greatest Million Dollar Champion, retiring the belt for good *

24. Bman 4
At the Insanity prior to Massacre 2008, the belt is re-instated, replacing the Cruiserweight Title that Bman held. The belt receives a new look, but the same familiar holder has it around his waist.

25. Tom Tyco
Looking to retain his title right before Three Hours of Power, Bman just couldn't get the job done. Clearly, without his A-game the entire match, Bman was easily defeated by Tom Tyco. Bman had 1 defense before losing his title.

The fans saw Damon White upset Tom Tyco at Summer of Sin. The short lived reign of Tyco had 0 defenses before the loss.

27. MDynamite
So soon after capturing the Million Dollar Title, Damon's reign was cut rather short on Insanity Ep. 169 after a title match defeat to MDynamite. Damon had 0 defenses before losing the title
