Okay, I'm confused. I tried to type in "photoshop brushes" but it doesn't work. I don't understand what I'm supposed to be looking at on that page. Please help!

I am not sure what the heck is going on there. I have never had that problem with megaupload. I sent them to the email on your profile goodhug

one last thing. After I download the brush, how can I use it? I click on it and it opens my photoshop, but where would the brush be at?

okay, move the file to (in c drive)photoshop,presets,brushes... then when you open photoshop it should be with the rest of your brushes.
