Katie walked into the hatchery and looked around. Rolland and Serrow followed behind her and she carried the egg in her arms.
"Hello? I'm here to hatch this egg...?"

A lady stepped out from a door, "Oh, why hello there! An egg? OH! ou must be here for an Hatch Battle. Follow me!" She led Katie into a room where it was more like an arena. A big mechanical hand grabbed Katie's egg and placed it on a stand, most likely this 'hatcher' thing. The assistant walked opposite to you, "Professor Leigh is busy, so I will be filling in for him! Choose your Pokémon!"

Katie nodded and looked at her two pokeballs,
'Who should I choose?' She asked herself before deciding on one.
"I'll use my bulbasaur Serrow to battle." She released the dinosaur-pokemon from its pokeball and gave him a pat on the head. Serrow got into his battle stance and awaited the woman's choice of pokemon.

"Very nice choice," said the lady who was quite nice ... "Go Growlithe." She said sending out a fire type pokemon that was ready to battle. It jumped right in with a bite attack that missed horribly o.o... you..
