[Sowwy. I'll get to this now XD]
[Pokèmon can use their egg moves as well]As you watched Giraü lie on the ground, you were almost sure for a second that your Psyduck was indeed gone. You had a sudden intention to withdraw Psyduck, but your intuition told you to stop, and that your Psyduck could still fight.
The professor was laughing its head of, though. Totally amused at the sight of your Psyduck, who was lying down at the side, motionless and unmoving, the professor began to crack up with laughter, tears rolling down his cheeks as he laughed madly at the Psyduck.
"Ahahaha, that Psyduck thinks that by feigning death, I'll be able to spare its life. What a joke! Ahahaha..."
You were suddenly filled with anger, as you opened you mouth to retort the professor. How canhe laugh at an injured Pokèmon? This was a matter of life and death, how can he treat it so lightly?
"Oh no, my Psyduck is injured. Stop thinking it's feigning death!"
"No, it's not. It's alive and kicking."
"No, it's not. It's fainted, can't you tell?"
"I said it is still conscious, and I mean it!"
Your intentions to protect the Psyduck from harm turned into a childish match of words between you and the professor, as both of your voice became increasing louder. In a matter of minutes, this argument turned into a shouting fest, as the professor jumped around animatedly while trying to prove to you that your Psyduck was still capable of fighting. The Absol found the argument interesting, but later lost interest in the verbal war, and instead focused its attention on the Psyduck, poking it in different places.
"I don't care, I'm withdrawing my Psyduck. He's injured, and I won't let him harm him!"
"Withdraw from this match, and you forfeit a chance to hatch your egg."
Ouch, that was your weak spot. 1-0 to Professor Leigh.
Just as you were worrying about your Psyduck, a voice spoke to you from nowhere.
Don't worry, I'll win this.Ooo, telekinesis from the Psyduck. Looks like it's not as dumb as it looks.
"That's it, lad! Absol, end this with a Faint Attack!"
Watch and learnThe Psyduck remained lying on the floor, as the Absol rushed towards the Duck Pokèmon with a definite mix of stealth and haste. Absol made its way in front of Psyduck, and hit it silently. The pain was excruciating for a Psychic Pokèmon like Psyduck, but Psyduck was strong enough to withstand the pain, and its nerves were numb enough to reduce the pain felt.
Giraü suddenly stood up, with its eyes turning blue. Seconds later, the Absol had floated in midair, totally trapped from the kinetic powers of the Psyduck. Giraü had executed a Disable on Absol when it was most vulnerable, and the Disable was now totally eating into Absol, denying its use of Faint Attack. The Psyduck made a sound of glee as he watched his opponent in pain. Finally, the Disable stopped, dropping Absol from a height. Psyduck took a jump and...
With a great swing of its arms, Giraü had executed a Cross Chop, karate-chopping Absol with both arms and casuing a sickening crunch with each hit. As the Absol hit the ground, Giraü positioned itself as though it was a martial arts expert. A Psyduck executing a martial art move was hilarious, but the attack was definitely useful. The Psyduck looked at you with a tinge of ingeniuity, and gave you another message.
Talk about skill. You could not help but smirk at your brainy Psyduck. Whatever the case, this was a pretty smart Psyduck you had. Or rather, at least for this round. Fate is on your side, whether you want to finish the match soon is up to you.
Don't put the Psyduck's abilities to waste, though. It is rare to see your Psyduck with such a brainwave.
