I base on D/P since is the lastest game and since it's a swarm Pokèmon (meaning it's common only during swarms) I'm undecided between Uncommon and Rare...

Eh...sorry to be a bother, but my Doduo hasn't been certified yet. o-o I'm not sure if the Pokeball was removed, and I would've added her to my PC topic, but I'm not sure which of her two types should go first for the TMs...
