yes because if you want a skin you have to Register onto IF Skin Zone and some people aren't allowed so why shouldn't you?

Well, some sites put a forum for those who have problems putting up a site/forum so they can ask help for skins and other problems, I did it in mine, but still I'm not sure that iss really necessary...

I say I would have to agree with Tan-Tan and Selia on this one but it is a very good idea. Perhaps it might be used in the future when we have finished all the RPG forums and topics like the OzDex and etc. I wouldn't expect anything like that to be put in at the moment, we are all very busy as it is.
