It was announced today that Pro Wrestling NOAH will establish an offshoot young lion promotion to promote young wrestlers starting in spring. The shows will be held at Tokyo Differ Ariake & they are estimating 300-500 fans in attendence. Tickets will be available on the day and will cost just 3000 yen, and to seperate the promotion from NOAH the famous green mat will be abandoned for a new colour, and a new name is being decided, both of which are not determined at this time.

Naomichi Marufuji & KENTA will be installed as the aces of the promotion, and the main focus of the promotion is to function as a gateway for success in NOAH & other promotions.

Awesome. This sounds like a great idea. I wonder what color mat they will have?

The Naigai Times reports that the company is going to be called "Pro Wrestling Shem" (In the bible, Noah's eldest son) and that the ring color will be pink.

NOAH's offshoot promotion, announced as Pro Wrestling SHEM previously, will be known as Pro Wrestling SEM. The debut show of the group will take place on March 21st at Tokyo Differ Ariake, with seating for 340 people being set up. Ticket prices are 3000 yen for free seating choice, which to put into perspective is 2000 yen cheaper than the cheapest seats for a NOAH Korakuen Hall show. No card or confirmed roster is available yet and may not be made apparent till the day of the show.
