NOAH "3rd Great Voyage", 11/5/05 (NTV/G+ Live)
Tokyo Nippon Budokan

1. GHC Tag Team Title: Winner of Minoru Suzuki & Naomichi Marufuji ©/Mohammed Yone & Takeshi Morishima (10/28/05) vs. KENTA & Katsuyori Shibata
2. GHC Heavyweight Title: Takeshi Rikio © vs. Akira Taue

Anybody else find the GHC Tag Team Title match a possible MOTY? If everything works out good. I mean I always love a KENTA vs Marufuji match. Now add in Suzuki and Shibata, ohhhh man...

Xanshin - October 6, 2005 06:30 AM (GMT)
Yeah. Looks immense, if more Maru/KENTA goodness wasn't enough, Shibata joining it is just, well...it makes me feel funny down below.

Don't think I'll care too much for the GHC match, but I suppose it's another credible win for Rikio

The Extreme - October 6, 2005 07:28 AM (GMT)
I know it's a snowball's chance in hell, but I'm actually rooting for Taue.

Busaliger Dragon - October 8, 2005 08:45 AM (GMT)
Nothing wrong with cheering for Taue to win. I wonder who else or what other matches are going to be added to this card.

Real - October 8, 2005 04:59 PM (GMT)
All signs point to Kobashi vs. Sapp at 11/5.

DXD - October 8, 2005 06:03 PM (GMT)
Yep, Kobashi vs. Sapp is pretty much on for 11/5

Busaliger Dragon - October 9, 2005 04:38 PM (GMT)
Akiyama challenged Kobashi to challenge Sapp. Kobashi accepted and now we have a Kobashi vs Sapp!? I say Kobashi should just lariat him off the bat and just burning hammer the big man.

Burning Spirit - October 9, 2005 11:28 PM (GMT)
Yeah...after beating Kobashi and Misawa, Taue is *not* going to be the man to beat Rikio. Sapp vs. Kobashi will be ugly...and not in the good way. Here's hoping Kenta wins.

QUOTE (Burning Spirit @ Oct 9 2005, 11:28 PM)
Taue is *not* going to be the man to beat Rikio.

That's not going to stop a sold out Budokan from cheering for him

MDM - October 10, 2005 02:24 PM (GMT)
Taue defeating Rikio would be cool... It's not gonna happen, though, IMO...

Burning Spirit - October 15, 2005 03:00 AM (GMT)
Anyone know if Taue's on his annual hot streak right now? The match'll probably be awesome if he is...

The Extreme - November 1, 2005 03:47 AM (GMT)
Everyone probably knows this already, but here's the full card for the show. Loaded with greatness from top to bottom.

Shine Champion
I AM TAUE~

Xanshin - November 5, 2005 03:28 PM (GMT)
Crappy booking. Absolutely crappy.

If you insist on Rikio being champion, and you insist on him keeping the title after all the defences he's had so far, you do not then say "Oh right...Taue's having it". Absolutely shocking.

Misawa over Tenryu? Ok Misawa, stop wanking over yourself...

KENTA, Marufuji and Mushiking Terry all lose. YAY

KENTA dropping the fall makes sense, and hopefully it will lead to Shibata/KENTA for the title...

I want to see this Sterness Dust Gamma...now!
