What bands, songs, albums are you listening to. Discuss here.

I've been listening to a lot of Elliott Smith lately. I just downloaded his self-titled album and "Roman Candle", which brings me to 4 albums of his that I have on my computer. The other two are "XO" and "Either/Or". So, now I only have 2 more to go, I'm thinking of saving any money I do get and going to my local CD store to clean out their Smith collection. He was truly an amazing artist.

Right now, and pretty much always, I'm listening to Weezer's Pinkerton.
I never get tired of that CD.

Does anyone know a good place, maybe a torrent tracker, where I can download single tracks?
I want to listen to some more Tom Waits before I buy his stuff.

If you've got Limewire (Fileshare program), you can download single tracks...

Don't know if it'll have what you're looking for, but it's the only thing I know of...

I haven't been able to take the New Prodigy album out of the cars CD player yet. Great stuff

I've been listening to American Head Charge's new album "The Feeding" for a while now, but only just found out that their guitarist Bryan Ottosan passed away in April. :(

I highly recommend all you rock and metal fans check out this excellent album.

R.I.P. Bryan Ottosan

Yeah, I read about him dying in Total Guitar about 2 weeks ago. I only ever really liked "Just So You Know" from them, but he was a pretty good guitarist none-the-less.

I've been giving "Believe" by Disturbed another chance to grow on me lately...and it is. It's better musically than "The Sickness" was, but hasn't got the same energy.

I've also been listening to a bit of Dan Swano. "Add Reality" is just pure awesome.

If you liked "Just So You Know", I recommend giving "Walk Away" and "To Be Me" a listen. The later was Ottosan's favorite track on the CD, and also one of mine.

I haven't really been listening to anything lately. For some reason I've just not been in the mood to listen to music, quite the odd thing. Might be do to the fact I just really haven't heard anything new that I've liked in quite some time finally taking it's toll.

I've been loving the single from Shinedown's upcoming cd. The song's called Save Me and it's fantastic. I loved Shinedown's first cd and am looking forward to the new one. If anyone has any interest in the song I'll upload it. Other songs I've been hooked on include...

Smile In Your Sleep - Silverstein
Happy? - Mudvayne
Miseria Cantare (The Beginning) - AFI
Santa Monica - Theory of a Deadman
So Cold I could See My Breath - Emery
Ohio Is For Lovers - Hawthorne Heights
Calling - Taproot

Yahoo! Radio is a pretty cool service.

They always have three stations that are commercial free.
A few days ago, I was listening to commerical free "Today's Hits," which is a grave misnomer as a lot of the songs are a few years old.
My fave out of that station's line up was Stefani's "Holla Back Girl".
