Title: Land for lease in Richland/ Florence area

Hey everybody... I just bought a new house and will soon (within the next two months) be moving my horses there. I currently have 6 acres leased on Cleary Road that I will no longer be in need of so I though I would pass the word on for anybody that is interested. It's $500.00 a year. No barn but plenty of natural cover. It's about 1/2 cleared it gets pretty thick in some places in the middle so there is plenty of shelter. There is running water there and who ever leases will be responsible for the monthly water bill. It has never been over $11.00 a month. It's fenced w/barb and slick about half and half 4 strands. If anybody is interested let me know and I'll get you in touch with the owners.

Boy do I know, I practically fenced the 6 acres they are now at by myself back in Sept. didnt have any plans on moving but here i am. Have to say I'm very educated on fence building. Thanks gosh there is already a run in with electricty so they have temp shelter. We plan on enclosing it very soon for a couple of stalls and tractor storage.

I got my meter base and weather head up today, should have electricity at the barn by next week, I am so excited. I have also become an expert fence builder. And tractor operator and barn builder. I think it means more when you do a lot of it yourself. I'm quite proud of my place. And it is just a joy to be able to see the horses and their antics out the windows all the time. It's the first thing I do at first light, look see they are all up and okay and the last thing I do before dark. I love it. :)

I've looked through pics on the site and your place looks great. Yes doing it yourself does mean alot. I'm shooting to have the fence up here within the next two months. The barn is not that big of a hurry since I have panels to but in the run in for now, I'm just happy to have electricty out there!!

I really hope I can find someone to lease this land.. If I dont it no loss to me but I hate to see all my hard work go to waste!! There has got to be somebody looking for a place it sure is alot cheeper than boarding. I was thinking of going over to the stable you used to board at and ask around.

You should. I may be out there tomorrow for a visit, I'll mention it. Make a little flyer and see if you could tack it up on their board. I dunno, the owner might not appreciate that, but we can get the word out anyway. I'll let some of them know. And thanks for the compliment on my place, it's coming along nicely.
