I have used this saddle as first a show saddle, then my practice saddle for many years. The silver piece on the top of the cantle has the name 'Ellis Burton' engraved on it with design on both sides. There are a few conchos and decorative pieces on it (don't really know what to call it besides show silver). There is a silver piece with a brass plate on top of the horn that says 'Cochise Cutter'. The leather tag on one side has stamped in the leather 'Lookout Saddle Co. Diamond Brand with a diamond and an L in the middle. This is a very heavy saddle with metal lacing all around it and buck-stitching in white around the seat as well.

It is still a well-made and very usable piece of western art.

This has been a great saddle, but it's time to let it go and I'll never get another one like I want if I don't find it a new home now.
