My girls are just starting out on barrels. Do you think Yogi would be too much for 6 and 8 year old that have been riding quarter horses for a couple of years. How much pep does he have in his step?

When he was showing alot it was by a 7 yr old, so he doesn't have soo much pep that he is hard to handle for a young rider, he has been thrown out to pasture for the past year, only having kids hop on him every now and then bareback, but hasn't really been ridden in a while so he would need some tuning up.

Michelle, you could come out and look at Yogi and possibly Dozer, he is a nice pony and has been ridden on a weekly basis.
