| Security is a big umbrella that covers everything from viruses to spyware. You know you need to protect yourself, but you may not be sure where to start. This class will help you understand which threats you need to protect your computer against, and what it takes. The class also shows you how to take the first step in securing your computer -- setting up antivirus software and using it regularly. |
HP offers many FREE online classes ranging from digital photography and various software applications to creating websites. If you're interested in other computer-related learning, check out their classes listed here:

Assuming you have a brain, that is.
Leaves me out. :)
I don't believe that for a minute Joey. You should check out the courses they offer. It's usually fun and it's mostly just one lesson per week!
HP sends an eMail with a link to the lesson which you read it online. Sometimes you'll take a litte pop quiz, and maybe complete an assignment. If you complete all the lessons, HP issues a certificate at the end of the course.
The info in the courses is pretty good too -- especially the software classes. Also, if you run into a snag or have a problem, there are forums to ask questions.
I reckon i'll have to check it out.. might be good to broaden my knowlege :D
That's looks like a wonderful site to get more training on software that I use. Thanks for posting it. :thanks:
