I have several more photos of Kidd and I would be more than glad to share them to anyone who is interested in our boy. It pains me to sell him but Joe takes care of me full time and Kidd has showed us on more than one occasion that he needs an experienced rider and since I can't get on him and give him a real fight I can't take the chance of Joe getting hurt since he does take care of me. I hope all of you understand the pardiciment we are in and honest to God we have spent so much time and money on him he is such a wonderful boy and we have done and accomplished so many things with him and I am 200% confident that once someone breaks him he will be one heckova trail horse but until then he will continue to be cared for and loved until he can find a new owner willing to spend some breaking time with him.

I just thought I would add in here that Kidd has been trained in the round pen and he has had some ground work. He is great at lounging in a round pen and joins back up wonderfully and will not come into the middle circle until you invite him. He is a very intelligent boy and we both hate that we are having to give him up. We are willing to negotiate on his price given delivery and the fact that he is indeed green broke. But I am willing to include his halter & leadrope, bit and bridle set and I have a saddle I could sell with him too but that's if only I get any offers soon! I need this boy to have a great home and I know ya'll have connections and would find my little man a great new mommy or daddy. Please help Kidd!

Here's Joe and Kidd after a round pen work out... He's resting on his daddy and is in the process of using Joe as a scratching post. He is ready for supper!

UPDATE:

I just got a hold of Ray Ainsworth and he is coming to see Kidd today and see if he can successfully break him and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Wish Kidd luck... OHH and the vet came to take blood from Betsy to see if she is pregnant!

UPDATE ON KIDD:

Well, push has ocme to shove and Kidd is going to the sale in Carthage this Saturday. We are going to put all his tack on him and just pray he goes for a good price and whoever buys him we will tell them all that we have done with him and what things he needs to be worked on. Y'all pray for us that Joe is able to load him well and he goes to a wonderful home and thanks for everyone's support!
