Hopefully my mom will be released from the hospital Friday (7/20). She had severe infections around her appendix and will be on antibiotics for a while longer. She's in pretty good spirits now that she knows she'll be soon coming home. To answer the question everyone has....NO, they haven't taken the stupid appendix out yet!!!!!
Unfortunately mom doesn't have email access except when she's at work - which she's not going to be at for a while, so if you want to send her something, you can send it to my email and I'll be sure to make sure she reads it.
I want to thank everyone for their support, well wishes, and keeping both mom and I in your thoughts.
