I still have 18 scoresheets that are out - 36 teams.

We can not do pay-outs until they are all turned in.

We need the final totals to do scheduling.

Please turn them in!

Two things:

1) Dianna, I love the dancing cat on the side under your name. Really cool.

2) I was thinking since this is a recurring theme every season, could we find a way of docking teams more than just points for late scoresheets. Maybe affect their prize money.

Just some food for thought.

We have kicked around many things to deal with the late scoresheets,
Dropping them to last in the pay-outs
giving them zero for every scoresheet that is received late (they do get points taken away in penilties)
If they have more than three late sheets in a season we can remove them as
captain. ( we do this now)
I do not know what else to do - we give envelopes with the return address on it - all ya need is a stamp.

We could get a crew of thugs (I have a brother who would probably take to this job almost too well) to hunt down these people.

People might take offence to the word "thug". Please use the term "bounty hunters" to keep the peace with everyone.

If we were to get bounty hunters it could be possible to get "DOG" the bounty hunter.

On second thought its not possible at all. He's to "GOOD" for us.

It was a poor attempt at humor. I am not Letterman or Leno, so I cannot show reruns of my writers' brilliance, I have to get by on my own, and sometimes I fail.

So I would like to apologize to any thugs, henchmen, muscle, or dobermans I may have offended.

Anyway... as for score sheets... Simple as this... you lose one place in the standings for every day it's late after the final week of play. once you get to 8th and are one more day later, you don't get paid. If it goes a week beyond that, you can't be captain ever again.

That idea of yours can be good but will piss people off at the same time. But who cares it would be there fault there in the situation.
