Vincent jumped off Flitter's back, Amer in his arms.
"Back again to hell," He mummbled.
Amber let out a quiet meow and flew off toward the shadws.

"I thought hell was more....heated." Chronos said as he jumped down. Flitter took off. "Hey!" He called out...too late. Flitter was a good distance away. "Wonderful."

"No, that's the good hell...the devil should e somewhere around here," Vincent said.
"That isnt a nice thign to say about your wife," A voice said.
A women appeared behind them. Her hair was black, reaching her thighs, and her eyes were a bright red. She wore a long white dress that flowed behindher, no shoes, and had a golden ring around her finger.
"Told you," Vincent whispered.

"Yep...she's a devil." Chronos said agreeing with Vincent. "Now then. Ket had orders for you. You should carry them out or risk being burnt to a crisp by the dragoness." Chronos said with a smirk.

"Gladly, um...Jade, this is Chronos! He is here to keepyou company while I go find a book, have fun!" Vincent said, pushing Chronose towards the woman and running off quickly.
Jade pouted slightly.
"Hello, Chronos," She sighed.

Chronos chuckled as he watched Vincent leave. "hello, Miss Jade." he said with slight bow. "I must say it is nice to see your breasts." He was back to his old tricks again.

"Its nice to see yu have no brain," Jade said.

"I left it back in the desert after they took my powers." Chronos said smiling not insulted at all. "Now can i get more aquianted with your body or shall we have dinner and a drink first?"

"That sounds lovely, sadly, I'm married to an incompetent oaf," JAde said.

"I can tell. But if there is unhappiness in teh marrige why not test the waters outside." Chronos asked shrugging as he looked around. "lovely place you have here. What kind of weapons are stored here?"

"I didnt get married for happiness," Jade smiled, "and I am just a resident, I know not of the weapons. A powerful man owns this castle. Alot of people live here, but the strnge thing is, no one has seen this great man. They can hear him singing when the mon is full, though. If you find him, he might tell you."

"Then why did you marry? Power and wealth are highly over rateed. Let me assure you of that." Chronos said as he closed his eyes, focusing a very small amount of his energy. His time powers may have been stripped from him but he was still able to use his other powers. The ones the gods believed to be weaker. If they had known the truth, they would never have allowed him to be released. "And what is the great man's name? It would be rude for me to go up to him and go 'Hey you, what weapons do you have here.' not a good impression."

"I have my reasons," Jade smiled, "I heard he has many names. The two common ones are Thorne and Raven."

"I see. And just where does the singing sound loudest?" Chronos asked as he smiled at her. He was just being himself.

"Dont know, I just listen to the echoes. If you're going to look around, check the northern tower. Now, if you dont mind, I have a husband to yell at. He tried to kill my son," Jade smiled.
She started to walk off, but before she left, she turned and grinned at Chronos.
"See you around, handsome."

"just don't distract him or you'll have a silver flame dragon to deal with, beautiful." chronos chuckled as he went in search of hte master of the castle.

"I can mess with my own husband if I want to!" Jade yelled, racing off ot the library.

"Fine but if the dragoness comes up...I'm not going to help." Chronos chuckled as he made his way to the north tower. he was looking around as he walked impressed by this castle.

There was a low humming noise coming from upstairs. A winged cat ran past Chronos and flew up the stairs.

Chronos followed the wing cat. He was curious if he could take a cat home with him. He sort of liked them. May be he could teach one to move books in the time library to where they belong?

The cat landed infront of a door and pushed it open, walking in. The humming stopped when the cat entered the room. There was a shuffling of papers and a loud crash.

Chornos tired no to laugh as he heard the crash. He looked in the room though after he heard it. "Hello?"

There was a glass vase on the floor. The cat kept trying to get behind the desk, but someone kept pushing it away.
"No one is here!" A voice said.
It was kidish and young.

Chronos chuckled and entered. "Then who said no one is here?" He asked as he sat floating in the air.

A young boy popped his head out from under the desk. He had on a black hood and had long white hair that covered his golden eyes.
"Sorry, I thought you were someone else. Can I help you?" The boy asked.

"Are you the master of the castle?" Chronos asked bowing a little. "I am searching for a special weapon and was told it could be found here."

"Um....the master? I have no clue, but I might be able to help you with the weapons. I'm Evan," The boy smiled.
He stood and looked through the drawers of his desk.
"What weapon is it?"

A small orb appeared infront of Chronos. Inside was the image of the weapon. "It has the ablity to cut through time. I was hoping I could find it here, Evan. If not then I have to look else where." He sighed a little.

"Oh, pretty! Well, let me see," Evan said, walking over to a large bookshelf.
He skimmed the names and finally picked one, flipping through the pages.
"I think we do have it here, unless someone was able to get in here with no one seeing, take it, and leave with no witnesses towad this act," Evan smiled, "just need to check the weapon room. Follow me."
He headed toward a door that was across the room and walked into a large corridor, portals appearing and disappearing.

Chronos raised an eye brow and floated behind Evan. He looked around the place as he followed. "An intersting place." he said with a nod.

"Thanks! Made it myself. Ah, here it is," Evan said.
He turned and stepped into a silver portal into a new chamber. There were weapons covering the walls, a large book of each in the center of the room.

Chronos raised an eye brow. "Very intersting indeed." he said as he placed his feet on the ground. He looked at the weapons in turn until he came to the one he was looking for. "May I borrow it until my task is compleat?"

"Depends, what task is this?" Evan asked, "I try to keep this castle out of any wars."

"No wars, Evan. I can't use my own powers so I must relie on another's. This weapon was forged a great many millenia ago. I thought it destroied." Chronos said nodding more to himself. "I am trying to find someone and they've decided to hide in the folds of time."

"Alright, but return it soon. Many things here can be used for the wrong reasons, thats why I moved the castle to the sky," Evan smiled, "would you and yur friend like to have dinner before you leave?"

"Friend...oh you mean Vincent." Chronos said as he chuckled. "I think we would. I doubt his wife will let him leave to easily. Of course I think Kauket would have something to say if he didnt' finish his mission this time."

"I remember him. Didnt he marry Jade and have a kid?" Evan asked, "hmm, anyway, I'll make arrangements as soon as possible. Was there anything else you needed?"

"Yes he did." Chronos said nodding. "The only other thing is that scroll he was suppose to be finding. I'm not sure what it is though. Still if Ket wanted it, it's probably something she hid when she was still a kid."

"Have fun witht hat. We have many scrolls. It took me a couple years just to find my wallet in the library!" Evan chuckled.

A loud yell ehoed down the corridor, followed by a sound of crying.

"I'm afraid to ask what that was...." Chronos said looking at the door way. "And if I know, Ket she has a way for Vincent to find the right one."
