Shiva laughed as Luke sent another wave of ice at her. She dodged it sending one of her own back at him. "That's better. Keep it up.' She said as he shattered her wave.

Koori appered on the wall watching them. "No fair, Shiva." She said when she was hit with a snow ball. She growled and threw more at Shiva and Luke.

"Hey, leave me out of this!" Luke said covering his head as he was bombarded with Koori's snowballs.

Pyro and Nate were sitting in the stands,playing cards.Nate looked and started laughing.
"GO KOORI!"Pyro cheered.


Matt appeared behind Pyro and Nate and threw a snowball at the two.
Nate nearly fell out of his seat,Pyro just laughing.
"Long time no see,nightmare."he said.
"Hi Pyro."Matt smiled,throwing a snowball at Shiva and Luke.

Koori laughed as she was pelted with snowballs from Shiva. Luke retaliated by making the snowballs that hit him into one big one and threw it at her. Koori eeped as she was burried in the snow ball.

"Hey Matt!" Shiva laughed throwing a snowball at the nightmare. Luke just blinked when he was hit with it.

Matt grinned and grabbed Pyro,pulling him infront of him.
"Ive got a hostage!"He laughed.
"Ok,this is foul play!"Pyro laughed,brushing off the snowball.
Nate grinned and jumped down,running over to Koori.He grabed a bunch of snow and threw it at his brother.

"I believe it's all fair in love and war." Shiva said smiling sweetly as she threw more snowballs at Pyro and Matt.

"Nate!" Luke yelped as he started to make more snowballs and throw them back at his older brother.

Koori slipped out from the snowball as mist and reformed behind Nate. She smiled to herself and dumped a bucket of snow over his head.

"DUCK AND COVER!!"Pyro yelled,pushing Matt infront of him and running.
Matt growled playfully and formed a large snowball,throwing it at Shiva.He turned and ran after Pyro.


Nate jumped at all the snow.
"COLD!"He laughed,throwing some at his brother and Koori.

Shiva laughed and caught the snow ball. She threw it at Nate and then started to send more snow balls after Matt and Pyro. Koori yelped as she was pelted by Luke and Nate by snowballs. She growled playfuly at the children and then sent more snow balls at them.

"You know if anyone else saw this, they would wonder what was in their food or drink." Luke laughed as he thought about someone seeing a snowball fight in the desert.

"Thats a good point."Nate laughed,shaking of the snow.
Pyro grinned and ran behind Shiva,picking her up.
"Ive got a hostage!"He laughed.
Matt chuckled and disappeared,reappearing behind Luke with a large mound of snow.Nate grinned and pelted Koori some more.

Shiva eeped as she was picked up. "Normaly that doesn't work." she laughed at Pyro.

Luke blinked as he turned around feeling someone right behind him. Luke eeped and started to throw snow at Matt.

Koori laughed as she was pelted with more snow. She smirked and disappered, reappering behind Nate. "Hmmm." she thought as she threw a bucket of ice water at him.

"Koori that's not fair." Shiva said laughing.

"AH,COLD!COLD!"Nate yelled,running around.


Matt stumbled back and fell,the snowball falling on him.He poked his head out and threw some snow at Luke.

Pyro smiled and kissed Shiva.
"This will be very interesting if someone came by."He chuckled.

"But it's funny." Koori laughed holding her sides as she fell on the ground.

Shiva sighed and smiled. "I want to know how we would explain this." She said chuckling before kissing Pyro.

"Yuck! No Kissing In Front Of The Children!" Luke said covering his eyes...which caused him to be hit and knocked down by the snow balls.

Nate continued running around,tryign to warm up.

Matt burst into laughter at Pyro and Shiva and suddenly tackled Koori.

"We could say we are out of our minds and tell them to leave a message."Pyro smiled.

Koori eeped when Matt tackled her then started to laugh again. "Hello." She got out between laughs.

Luke sat up and shook the snow out of his hair. He laughed at his brother. "Why don't you make a fire to warm up?" He yelled to Nate. "That may work better than running around."

Shiva laughed. "I think that may work." She said smiling.

"But...its...so cold!"Nate cried out throwing off his shirt and sending fireballs in the air.

Shiva chuckled at Nate's comment. "Koori, I told you that was cheating."

"Not cheating." Koori laughed. "Just...not fair." She winked.

Luke laughed at Koori's comment and his mother's. He wasn't good with fire but he sent a few fire balls at Nate to try and help warm him up.

Nate sat down next to the fire around him,rubbing his shoulders.

"She does have a point....this is cheating."Matt said,making a bucket of cold water appear over her and Pyro,making it fall.

Pyro had set Shiva down when the bucket appeared and was now running around,yelling at how cold it was.
"Like father like son I guess."Matt smiled innoscently.

Koori laughed at Pyro and hugged Matt.

Luke was laughing at his dad as he sat on the ground.

"Yes Nate and Pyro are quite a like." Shiva laughed shaking her head. "It's good to see you two." she said looking at Matt and Koori.

Pyro sat next to Nate,rubbing his arms.


"Glad to be seen."Matt smiled,"Anything happen lately?"
He hugged Koori back,tightly.


Nate kept sending more balls of fire around him,trying to keep warm.

Luke and Koori both noticed Shiva's mood change as she sat down looking at the ground. "Lady Atela...." she started then stoped humming in thought. "She is gone now." Luke was confused at what Shiva ment by 'gone'.

"Huh?" Koori asked confused as well.

"She is in a deep slumber. Waiting for Rayku to wake her. Classic fairytale for ya." Shiva said smiling at the thought. She shook her head. "Garion is now Emperor of Rome other than Sabriel gone missing, nothing else has happened really." Shiva said thoughtfully.

"Dont think Ive met Garion before.Isnt he Atela's kid?"Matt asked.


Pyro stood and walked over to Matt.
"You are so going to get it."He said,walking over to Shiva.
Matt only chuckled slightly.

Nate put out the fire and walked over to the group,sitting down next to his brother.

Shiva nodded. "He's the oldest of the twins. His sister is Sabriel." She smiled at Pyro. "Have a nice bath?" She asked innocently then chuckled.

"You have any clue who they are talking about?" Luke asked Nate confused. He was compleatly lost in the conversation.

"Oh...and yes.But there was no hot water."Pyro said.


Note shook his head no and looked up at the sky.
"Not a clue."He said.

Shiva laughed at Pyro's comment. "Well cold water helps keep things cool. And we are in the desert after all." She winked.

"Adults are so confusing..." Luke sighed playing with some of the sand.

Pyro smiled and kissed her cheek.


"And nasty...Why do they kiss all the time?Ew."Nate said,seeing them kiss from the corner of his eye.

Shiva smiled and leaned against Pyro. "Seems your kids don't like you two showing affection." Koori giggled.

"Who knows. Maybe it's just to annoy and embarass us." Luke said covering his eyes.

"Maybe."Nate said,making a face.
He titlted his head and sent a wave of fire up at a bird.The bird screached and dropped a small scroll,flying off quickly.

Koori raised an eye brow. "What is it with fire demons trying to fry birds?" She asked Matt looking at Pyro when she asked though with a small smile.

Shiva looked at the poor bird then shook her head.

Luke went over at Nate. "Why did you scare the bird?" He asked amused.

"I dont know."Matt blinked.
"Becouse they are vicious and attack when you are asleep."Pyro said.
"That was me actually."Matt whispered.


Nate shrugged and stood,falling.
"OW!"He yelled,staring at a rock.
He sat up and turned.A large flock of birds were behind him,sitting on the stands with a vicious glare.

Shiva looked at Nate and sighed. "Oh boy..." She said laughing.

Koori laughed at Matt's comment.

Luke stood and grabbed the scroll. He ran over to his parents hiding behind them. "I don't want pelted by rocks." He said peeking out from behind them.

Nate got to his feet and sent a wave of fire at the birds.
"Get lost!"He growled,only to get pelted with rocks again.
Nate jumped to his feet and ran behind Pyro,pushing him toward the birds.
"Go get 'em daddy!"He said,hiding behind his mother.


Pyro sighed and shook his head,sending wave after wave of fire at the birds.

Matt chuckled and sat back,watching in amusement as Pyro started to get hit with random rocks.

Shiva blinked and looked behind her. "When did I become a shield?" She asked with a laugh.

"When you had us." Luke said innocently then laughed.

"Attack of the birds!" Koori laughed.

"They are revolting!"Matt laughed,going ot help Pyro.
"How many birds are there!?"Pyro growled.
"ATTACK!"A large,fat bird yelled.


Nate blinked and looked up at his mother.
"Mom...they talk."He said,"I'm afraid."


"RETREAT!!!"Pyro yelled,running off as the birds started throwing rocks at him and Matt.
Matt turned into a large tiger and growled,pouncing a bird.

Shiva sighed and then chuckled. "I'm not that surprised acutaly." She said shaking her head.

"Why not?" Luke said looking up as Shiva bent down to hug the boys.

"Because I've seen stranger things talk." She said.

Koori looked at the birds and turned into a snow lion. She too pounced on a bird.

Pyro stood next to Shiva and watched.
"I hate birds."He mummbled.



Matt grinned and tckled another bird.
"RETREAT!"The fat bird said,trying to fly off.
Several birds flew off,others just simply attacked back.

Shiva laughed as she stood up.
"I can tell."

Koori looked at the fat bird. She swished her tail and then tried to tackle the fat bird.

The fat bird gradually fell,squacking and flapping it wings rapidly for freedom.


Matt chuckled and sat down,batting a bird back in forth.


"Well.....at least I cant say that wasnt interesting.Where do they get the rocks!?"Pyro sighed,holding his head.

Koori was laughing as she held onto the fat bird. "Should I let him go?" She asked Matt innocently with a purr.

Shiva chuckled and hugged Pyro. "How am I suppose to know. Maybe someone helped them with this revolt." She couldn't help but laugh.

"Well....I think he might be a good lunch."Matt said,walking over to her.



"I can think of numberous people I know who would do that.One of them is a bird."Pyro said,kissing Shiva's forehead.
"Can you two please stop doing that?"Nate said,sheilding his eyes.

"Sounds good to me." Koori said purring as she looked at the fat bird.

Shiva laughed. "Stop doing what? This?" She asked kissing Pyro on the cheek.

"Yes that!" Luke said making gagging nosies.

The bird continued to flutter his wings,trying to escape.
"And maybe alittle garlic,some carrots,corn....."Matt smiled.


"Well,dont look and you wont hafta see is do this."Pyro said,kissing Shiva.
Nate started to make gagging noises and turned around,"I can still hear it though!"
