Here girls and boys from ages 13 to 18 can come and learn to control their "special" powers. They have dorms, clubs, classes. A certain amout of money alloted to each student depending on age.
13- 10 dollars a week.
14- 20 dollars a week.
15- 30 dollars a week.
16- 50 dollars a week.
17- 70 dollars a week.
18- 100 dollars a week.
Food , Dorms, and classes are free. But damage costs money depending on severity of damage.
