This has to be one of the few places I haven't seen this. It's pretty simple. Just screenshot your desktop and upload. =P
For those who don't have a screenshot program, simplest way is to make sure you have what you want on your screen, hit the Print Scr button, go to your Start menu->All Programs->Accessories->Paint->Ctrl+V. Then save it as whatever title and whatever format you'd like .jpeg, .bmp whatever, go to an image hosting site such as ImageShack and upload.
