This is becoming a problem I dont want to have to deal with. I spent 15 minutes this morning pruning emoticon posts only.

It's not worth my time, so I think we'll take some action if it continues. How about a week in the "Time out" corner for each offense.

Do you have the old-but-reliable "Paint" on your computer?
If so, open your picture in Paint. Choose "change size" under the Picture menu.

Change it to 50% for instance. (both on the height and width)

Save the picture.

Use it! :thumbsup:
