Now here's something that doesn't make sense.

The Islanders are in Buffalo tomorrow.

The Devils are at home.

Think about this one second. The Devils fans can watch their game in HD or in person. Us Islanders fans have no choice but to couch it in SD.

Shouldn't HD preference be given to the away team, since their fans don't have a choice of whether to watch on TV or show up to the game?

2 things. We knew the Sabres were going to come out like a house on fire.

Biron kept us in it and our penalty killing was VERY good.
They frustrated teh sabres by keeping them to the outside.

Escaping that period with only a 1 goal deficit is something that's a gift.
Let's see the real test. How they come out for this second period.
Will they be on their toes or on their heels?
