LOS ANGELES — Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.
"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," said a statement released Monday evening by his publicist, Annett Wolf. No other details were given.

I heard the sequel is DEFINITELY GREENLIGHTED.
Swayze's character is a Networking Engineer who meets an untimely end in a freak scenario involving the wiring of a Tim Horton's store for new terminals. His last conscious vision is of a clerk (on his lunch hour of course) posting on a popular hockey message board instead of shutting the electricity emergency switch. As a result, he comes back to haunt hockey message board posters everywhere, spiriting from IP address to IP address to unleash his lethal wreckage across the Internet.

My mother died from cancer last year. I hate that friggin discease. Noone should ever have to go through that. Please do everything you can to help the science of cancer. Just donate a small amount of money to science if you want to.

Very sorry to hear that, and I agree. Innocent human beings should never have to go through a terrible disease like that.
