c'mon guys...at least pretend to be smarter than that. Even if he is completly annoyed with this injury disclosure crap, and even if he is being forced to put an unhealthy DP on the bench for PR purposes...it's VERY unlikely a first-year coach is gonna quit his first NHL gig after 3 games. That would be very bad for his coaching career...not to mention utterly unprofessional. That said, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he took the day off to make a point about the bullshit that's going on with the DP injury thing.

Of course...it IS the Isles we're talking about.

i wouldn't be surprised if he quit...but I honestly doubt it...3 games in? Its his first head coaching job, he probably some personal stuff to attend to and reporters are making too much of him missing practice after a bad 7-1 loss.

After that loss maybe he hired sum novice coaches to start from the beginning.
