Energy Blast
Difficulty: Easy
Program: Photoshop
1. Create a new Document (Any size) and press D to get the default colours.
2. Go to Filter > Render > Clouds
3. Go to Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint and use Long Strokes
4. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and use these settings:
Amount: 100
Blur Method: Zoom
Quality: Best
5. Press Control + U and check Colourize add some colour
Result:

hue is 211 saturation 25 and lightness 0
i use this hue set-up alot i like that color nice tut it was easy
*EDIT* what if you used radial blur have it point to the left then gradually move it ove bit by bit in a new layer each time and make it in animation ive seen this done with text before and a magic wand if i find the tut ill put it ^ so you can try it
