2. Press "D" on your keyboard to default the foreground/background colors.

3. Filter > Render > Clouds

3. Filter > Render > Difference Clouds

4. Filter > Distort > Ripple
ammount: 999
size: large

5. Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates
-Polar to Rectangular

6. Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
blur method: spin
quality: good
ammount: 33

7. Edit > Fade Radial Blur
opacity: 100%
mode: lighten

8. duplicate the layer

9. Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 Degrees CW

10. Change the layer mode to Lighten

11. Layer > Merge Visible

12. Duplicate the layer

13. Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 Degrees CW

14. Change the layer mode to Lighten

15. Duplicate the 2nd layer

16. Edit > Transform > Rotate 90 Degrees CW

17. Change the layer mode to lighten

18. Layer > Merge Visible

19. Image > Adjust > Auto Contrast

20. Edit > Fade Auto Contrast
Opacity: 40
Mode: Normal

21. Click on the adjustment layer button in the layers box and go to "Color Balance"
Midtones: 100, 0, 0
Shadows: 45, 0, 0
Highlights: 0, 0, -100
