Duplicate this layer and go to Filter > Stylize > Find Edges

Now, duplicate that layer and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Radius= 1.0

Now, set that layer Opacity to 50%

Merge those layers together. Now, Press CTRL+U and bring the lightness up +25

Result:
