Google Earth tells me Geelong is about 66kms southwest of Melbourne,,,,roughly.

Geelong, on shores of Port Phillip Bay, same body of water as Melbourne, as Errol says 66-odd km SW of Melbourne. Been there, not very exciting :biggrin:

OzChris..... Great Oceon Road...Im in... havnt riden it... driven it a Fair few times..nice Ride but can be dangerous Though...(Too many Tourists stopping to take photo's)
I have a mate Who's has been on it a fair few times.
Was going to ride it when he comes back From Overses in about 5 weeks..
How about I' let you know when and where and anyone else who is interested..?

Geelong is where the Ford factory is in Victoria.

Ford also have an assembly plant in Broadmeadows which is in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
