Interesting as this and the link in the side bar are both
http://www.qlinkmotor.com/ .....................aha the one in the sidebar is their ''PORTAL'' to all three...

The link on the side goes to the first page of the site so you can select location. The link in the post goes right to the North American page. Their site has been evolving and getting better since last year. They have been filling in the blanks. They have been adding manuals for their products. They really seem to be putting forth the effort to market their products and support them.

If I have everything right Qlink is a Taiwanese company and CF Moto
produces for Qlink, with Qlink overseeing quality control for the bikes
that carry the Qlink badge. I am not exactly sure of all of the CFMoto
produced bikes that Qlink sells (Sapeo and Legacy are CFMoto V3 and V5).
My understanding is that the Legend is built by a different supplier for Qlink.
They do have offices in several parts of the world and have 2 supply
warehouses,in the US, one in PA and the main US one in Texas.
So they do seem to be committed to supplying the US market
with product and parts.

It will be interesting to see if they use the CFMoto 500cc engine to build
a 500cc series of bikes, like the 250's. A 500cc cruiser would be
just the ticket for a bit more punch at speeds over 55-60 and still be
economical to operate and insure.

You look right...I'm still trying to 'sort' it all out..

Getting an exact handle on overseas international companies operating
in the US can be interesting.

From the Qlink website

"Founded in 1988, QLINK has been committed itself to providing
customers with products of quality, style, and creativity.
Not only providing reliable products, we are also building up a
name of industry-leading distribution of motor vehicles and power
equipment. In addition to United States, we also have branches in
Mexico, Brazil, Hungary, Nigeria, Taiwan, and China
In addition to Dallas, TX, QLINK also has a remote warehouse
in Edwardsville, PA to provide better service to our dealers in
northeast America. Now we can ship units from our Pennsylvania
warehouse and dealers in northeast area will get units quicker and
    with lower freight cost. "
So they seem to have been around for a while.
